This is a hybrid, independent contract (1099) role for a Wedding & Events Coordinator located in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Wedding & Events Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day event planning and coordination tasks, including communication with clients, vendors, and event staff, on-site event management, and sales.


Qualifications



  • Event Planning and Management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines

  • Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Experience in the wedding and events industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other event planning software is desirable
