TENICA is looking to hire an Event Planner. Must have TS/SCI CI Poly
Responsibilities Coordinate all logistics for conferences.
Coordinate with graphics on design theme for bio books, mementos, posters, signs, name badges, etc.
Coordinate the scheduling of high-level government officials to speak at the conference.
Coordinate with security and other facility personnel for number of attendees. clearance level of speakers and meeting, and any special requirements.
Arrange accommodations at hotels for senior staff traveling to the meeting, negotiate low rates. and arrange for business dinners.
Support special programs working between industry and Government in the Research and Development areas.
Coordinate closely with the government sponsor on meeting requirements (facility, speakers, and logistics).
Coordinate the planning for on-line registration website(s) for conferences.
Coordinate, manage; and organize speakers, exhibits, and catering.
