The successful applicant will help our client researching and analyzing operational activities to help increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve customer service and optimize overall operations by identifying more efficient ways to manage resources.

Responsibilities
Daily tasks include:

Develops transportation plans and analyses and project budgets; procures services;

Manages complex planning studies. Conducts public outreach, makes presentations, implements project recommendations

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in City Planning, Public/Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience

Three (3) years of experience in transportation planning, scheduling, or transit service management.

Experience with: Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word

Communication Tool: Slack or Teams

About this Position
Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime: Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
