We are seeking a Custodian 2 to join the SoLAcc team. This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and custodial upkeep of all spaces on the St. Martinville Campus to support the college's daily operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Six months of experience in custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or food service work.

Job Duties and Other Information:
Job Duties:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including refilling restroom dispensers to ensure adequate supply of paper products.
Ensure all floors are swept, vacuumed, mopped, and maintained including specialized floor maintenance with industrial grade machinery.
Complete all monthly, quarterly, and annual deep cleaning tasks identified in the Master Cleaning Schedule.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
