We produced over 300 events across Brand & Influencer Activations (Hermès, Gucci, Cartier, Bulgari, Ferrari, Dior, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Simon Premium Outlets, LVMH), Corporate Engagements (Google, Amazon, TikTok, LinkedIn, Dell, Kirkland & Ellis, Valero, T-Mobile), ultra-high-net-worth private celebrations, and non-profit galas.
We're looking for an on-site Event Coordinator to support our live fashion sketching services. The role is best suited for someone who is looking for additional income during weekends and is organized and interested in art and fashion.
Responsibilities:
You will support the seamless execution of Alisa Maxime Studio’s luxury live-sketching experiences by ensuring exceptional guest flow, strong brand representation, and high-quality content capture.
Organization
Arrive 1 hour before the event starts to help set up the artist's table.
Coordinate table setup.
Manage the queue of guests waiting for sketches.
Promote Alisa Maxime Studio's services to the guests.
Content creation:
Take pictures of guests for sketching.
Capture special photos of the bride and groom at weddings.
Take photos and videos to capture the atmosphere and the artist at work.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Being punctual.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
Reliable smartphone for taking pictures. xywuqvp
Good to have:
Basic understanding of photography, fashion.
Previous experience in the events industry
Compensation:
$30.00 per hour + travel fees as needed
Schedule
3-5 hour shifts
Mostly weekend evening shifts
