This is a true full desk role where you will generate your own clients, recruit top technology talent, and own the entire process from the first call to the final placement. What You Will Own
Build Your Book of Business
Identify and win new clients through outreach, networking, referrals, and market intelligence. Develop long term partnerships with hiring managers, directors, and executives.

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle including client acquisition, job intake, sourcing, candidate qualification, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.

Hunt for Top Technology Talent
Source and engage high caliber candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, industry networks, and creative recruiting strategies.

Drive Revenue
Manage your own pipeline of clients, roles, and candidates to consistently generate placements and grow your desk.

Develop Strong Client Partnerships
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by understanding their business, their hiring challenges, and delivering the right talent solutions.

Control Your Activity and Results

What You Bring

3 to 5 years of experience in agency recruiting or technology staffing

Experience working a full desk or strong interest in building one

Demonstrated ability to generate new client relationships

Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills

Excellent communication and relationship building ability

A competitive mindset and strong work ethic
