Staff Civil Engineer - Site Development Location: Grand Rapids, MI Job Summary Fishbeck is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Civil Engineer to join our Site Development team in our Farmington Hill's, MI office. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level engineer to contribute to a growing practice and play a meaningful role in the firm's continued expansion. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical fundamentals, a commitment to high-quality work, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. This role offers exposure to a variety of project types and opportunities to grow within a 100% employee-owned firm. Primary Functions
Minimum Physical Requirements Mobility to work in both office and field settings. Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods. Occasional lifting and carrying may be required. Ability to travel to and navigate project sites for client meetings and site observations. Visual acuity necessary to perform design and documentation responsibilities.
