As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the production support team, working collaboratively to ensure the quality and efficiency of vital diagnostic products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $25/hr

Shift: First shift (Hours: 5:30 am to 2:00 pm - TBC)

What's the Job?

• Lead and support production activities on semi-automated machine lines, manual carton packing lines, or other production roles.
• Perform final assembly of Bio-Rad packaged products used for calibrating and quality control of diagnostic testing platforms.
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
• Interpret and follow procedures and work instructions to execute production tasks effectively.
• Complete and review quality documentation, process orders, and batch records following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mid-level work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in math, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage time, resources, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
