Lutheran Senior Services - - Responsibilities: Maintains residents comfort; provides physical care with activities of daily living according to scope of practice; Answers residents call lights and requests; reports observations of residents to the nurse; Observes residents closely to identify changing needs and conditions and reports information to the nurse; Actively participates in residents care/service plans for the purpose of improving residents lives; Assists residents during mealtimes and feeds residents who need full assistance
