About the Role

We’re seeking an Experienced Crushing Equipment Operator with strong skills in operating and maintaining crushing systems and heavy equipment. This is a full-time position within a 24/7 operation, offering both day and night shifts for dependable, year-round work.

What You’ll Do

• Operate crushing equipment safely and efficiently


• Run and maneuver heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, and loaders


• Monitor material flow and adjust equipment for optimal production


• Perform routine inspections and basic mechanical maintenance


• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams


• Maintain accurate production, safety, and equipment logs


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating crushing equipment (preferred)


• Heavy equipment experience with dozers, excavators, and loaders (required)


• Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Willingness to work day or night shifts, possibility of 24/7 shifts


• Commitment to safety, reliability, and consistent production
