Join our AP Academy Window Film and Graphics program and become the person you have always wanted to be. Through classroom, hands‑on, and real‑world experience, our academy guides you in developing the foundation to build a career in the window film and graphics industry. Our goal is to help you accomplish your goals and dreams through this process and the pursuit of constant and never‑ending improvement.
Qualifications
Enjoy working with your hands
Believe in personal freedom for personal responsibility
Have an eye for consistency and attention to detail
Thrive in a team environment and can also work independently
Describe yourself as solution‑oriented and a good problem solver
Have a positive, can‑do attitude
Enjoy working independently with multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Able to lift and carry heavy objects
Able to perform work on ladders, scaffolding, and various lifts
Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong attention to detail
Strong desire to succeed
Ability to take responsibility and be accountable
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and with a team, and to receive and respond to instruction
Pay & Benefits
First 90 Day: $16 per hour
After Graduation: $18 - $26 per hour
