Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and highly flexible Office Assistant / On-Call Caregiver to support both administrative operations and emergency caregiving needs. This hybrid role combines office-based responsibilities with direct client care coverage when urgent staffing needs arise. The ideal candidate is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is organized, responsive, and able to adapt quickly in fast‑paced or time‑sensitive situations.

Primary Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support

Assist with daily office operations including scheduling, phone and email communication, and documentation

Coordinate caregiver schedules and help resolve staffing gaps

Maintain accurate records, reports, and client/caregiver information

Support management with administrative tasks as needed

Work a combination of in-office and remote days

On-Call & Caregiving Responsibilities

Be available for after‑hours and one weekend day per week for on‑call support

Respond promptly to emergency staffing needs and last‑minute call‑outs

Provide direct caregiving services when required, following established care plans and protocols

Required Qualifications

Active CNA license

CPR, FIRST AID or BLS

TB test

Previous hands‑on caregiving experience

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

Dependable, flexible, and responsive

Reliable transportation for shift coverage
