Job Description
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for establishing relationships with owners, developers (residential and commercial), large general contractors and design/build firms within specified territory. The goal is to “connect the dots” at a high level and position the team to win locally. This role can be based in Atlanta, Orlando, or Tampa!

Responsibilities
Build relationships with target entities listed above
Identify and assist w/cascading contractor and engineer relationships
Project identification early in cycle to ensure upfront designs/specifications
Develop project specific business proposals/strategies to ensure win
Quantify success - ensure applicable projects are captured in Salesforce and profiles created
Accurate data
Material to assist w/closing future projects and promote to targets
Rebate offerings and procurement assistance
Effectively communicate and coordinate w/field – learn from each other’s successes and replicate
Tools/Resources
Salesforce – quantify success and build history to assist w/closing future projects
Dodge – understand owner/engineer/contractor relationships
Cost Calculator Mastership – need to quantify specific cost and time savings
Business Development Presentation/Literature
Account Specific Proposals/Profiles
Entertainment/Expense Report
Rebate
Message
Complete Site Development Resource – capture, convey, store, & treat
Overall Cost & Time Savings – specific & catered
Design and project management at no additional cost
Promote Open Competition – ensure lowest cost
