You will take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams while maintaining strict timelines and delivery standards. Accountabilities

Own and manage the full marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely execution of campaigns

Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, compliance, design, and tech) to deliver multi-channel campaigns efficiently

Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks

Oversee the creation, review, and delivery of campaign assets, ensuring quality and consistency across all outputs

Produce and manage high-quality content including blog posts, announcements, educational materials, and website copy

Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with product functionality and brand voice

Manage publishing workflows across CMS platforms and optimize content for clarity, SEO, and target audiences

Track campaign performance and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in project management, content management, or a combined role within marketing or digital environments

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows in fast-paced or regulated industries

Strong understanding of digital platforms, trading systems, or financial products is highly desirable

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with strong attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain structured processes

Experience with CMS tools, content publishing, and marketing performance reporting frameworks

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to evolving priorities
