Patient Care Attendants - Willing to Train

Victoria Nursing is looking for Patient Care Attendants (PCAs) to join our growing team. Learn a new profession and touch the lives of others. We have all shifts available!

Patient Care Attendants (PCAs) Essential Duties Include:

• Answers call light in a timely manner.
• Places all belongings within patients' reach (call light, pitcher, glasses, remote, etc.)
• Serves and collects meal trays, assists during meals, sanitizes/cleans tables after meals.
• Assists residents in communication involving technology (Zoom, FaceTime, others).
• Assists with monitoring residents in the common area to maintain safety.
• Assists residents in admission and discharge including the inventory of belongings.
• Gathers supplies needed for the provision of care.
• Makes unoccupied beds.
• Assists residents in activity engagement of their choice and interest.

Requirements:

No experience needed Paid Training.

Career Ladder

• Completion of the required course hours, following the clinical guidelines and skills checklist, allows testing to become a Certified Nurse Assistant that comes with a pay increase!
• We encourage all Personal Care Attendants to seek a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
