**About the Role**

Kelly is hiring a **Warehouse Clerk** in Gilbert, AZ to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with inventory, and ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving processes.

**What You'll Do**

+ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

+ Package and prepare equipment and supplies for distribution

+ Load and unload trucks and organize materials within the warehouse

+ Pick and fill orders accurately for distribution to customers/patients

+ Complete and verify paperwork including requisitions, packing slips, and purchase orders

+ Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products

+ Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts

+ Clean, sterilize, and perform minor maintenance on equipment

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

+ Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory or documentation

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Inventory management experience

+ Knowledge of DOT/FDA regulations (a plus)

+ Experience in healthcare or equipment-based environments

+ Forklift or material handling experience

**Physical Requirements**

+ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)

+ Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

+ Ability to push/pull carts and equipment

+ Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions

+ Must wear required PPE (safety shoes, gloves, etc.)
