Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic Microsoft Office software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent attendance record.
Ability exercise independent judgment in the direction of the activities of the shift.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of physical attributes of glass parts.
Demonstrated advanced SAP and intermediate COPS knowledge.
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Demonstrated advanced working knowledge of departmental safety, quality and operational procedures.
Prior Materials Handling Equipment experience (platform order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.) and basic hand tools knowledge; must obtain and maintain appropriate certifications.
Without assistance, must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull objects weighing 35-45 pounds on average and up to 70 pounds on a frequent/daily basis
Able to work at heights of up to 30 feet.
Must be able to work in temperatures similar to outdoors within the Central Ohio region.
Good driving record and valid driver's license in accordance with Pilkington-AGR's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy.
Proficient in the English language (verbal and written).
Good customer/vendor relations and communication skills (verbal and written).
Able to work both independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

As a Cherry Picker operator, associates are responsible for picking automotive glass or accessories and meeting picking expectations.
Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:15pm - 11:15pm. Mandatory overtime stays until 1:15am as needed.
Qualifications

1 year RECENT Cherry Picker/Order Picker experience
Able to work at heights of up to 30 feet.
Must be willing to operate cherry picker/order picker and obtain and maintain appropriate certifications.
Ability to meet a satisfactory level of Units Per Hour.
Ability to lift 35-45 pounds on a frequent basis and on occasion up to 70 pounds.
Utilizing basic hand tools.
Good attendance will be REQUIRED.
Proficiency in English language (verbal and written).
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.
Must have attention to detail.
Pay

Hourly Pay: $19.50 - $20.50, based on experience (Picking incentives available, ask for details).
