Residency Requirements:
- Washington, D.C.: For all positions based in the Washington, D.C. office, residency within Washington, D.C., Maryland or Virginia and within a reasonable commutable distance to the assigned office is required depending on the firm's discretion and the nature of the role.
- Los Angeles and San Francisco Offices: For all positions based in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices, residency within the state of California and within a reasonable commutable distance to the assigned office is required depending on the firm's discretion and the nature of the role.
Salary Range: $52.89/hour - $67.31/hour ($110,011.20 - $140,004.80 annually)

Are you a trial tested Graphics Specialist? Our Graphics Specialists partner closely with attorneys and legal teams to create sophisticated graphics and presentations that clarify complex issues for juries, judges, and arbitrators. Graphics Specialists will also support firmwide creative needs with the same level of excellence.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with legal teams to understand their design needs and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Conceptualize, design, revise, and oversee completion of presentations, graphics, charts, graphs, illustrations, and animations.
- Ability to multi-task, receive direction, delegate assignments, monitor workflow under time constraints.
- Provide on-site trial support for graphics, as necessary.
- Track projects and billable hours.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with attorneys, staff, experts, and clients.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience working in a role creating and designing graphics preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proficiency with video editing and/or Animation/2D or 3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization as well as external stakeholders such as vendors and clients.
- Ability to travel as needed for onsite support at trials.
