Responsibilities Lead the overall visual design and user experience of assigned applications
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into usable designs
Create sketches, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using modern design tools
Define and apply design patterns, layout standards, and usability best practices
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
Perform accessibility testing and ensure compliance with ADA standards
Advocate for end users throughout the product lifecycle
Guide development teams on UI/UX standards and accessibility remediation
Ensure conformance to established design systems and visual standards
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field
3–5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
Experience working with design systems and reusable components
Knowledge of usability testing, information architecture, and accessibility standards (ADA)
Ability to facilitate user workshops and design sessions
Eligibility for H-1B visa sponsorship and readiness to relocate to the U.S.
