Community Managers & Moderators

What You’ll Do
You will engage with audiences in Korean markets across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, ensuring timely, professional interactions that resonate with the brand’s tone.

You will manage and grow an online community, moderating to maintain a welcoming, judgement‑free environment and ensuring social feeds remain inclusive.

Working Hours
Mixed flexibility across weekdays, evenings, and weekends to cover client‑driven hours. Essential days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and both weekends. Moderation shift: 8 pm (UK time); Community management shift: 11 pm (UK time).

Child Protection
Candidates must agree to a criminal background check and provide details of two professional referees when accepting an offer.

Requirements

Korean language knowledge – superb writing skills in Korean.

Advanced English language skills for internal communication.

Background experience in engagement, social customer care, or community management.

Social Media knowledge – experience on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube.

Digital technology confidence – usage of Sprinklr, Social Sprout and internal tools.

Some cultural knowledge and interest in California.

Self‑motivated, structured remote work approach, maintaining productivity and efficiency.

IT Policy (PC Requirements)

Operating system – Windows 11 / MAC OS X 13 Ventura or higher with admin credentials.

At least 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended).

Secure home broadband: minimum 20 Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload.

40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended).

Webcam and headset.

Android or iOS device for 2FA.

Chromebook, Linux, and Cloud VMs not supported.

Touchscreen monitor without keyboard/mouse not allowed.

The Hiring Process
Online assessment followed by a behavioural interview with a Talent Team member.
