
Business Development Assistant

Purpose The SDR is responsible for building a high-quality pipeline through targeted, multi-channel prospecting. This role specializes by industry—leveraging vertical expertise, social selling, and account-based strategies to engage decision-makers and generate qualified opportunities for the business development team.
Your Responsibilities Execute outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to generate qualified meetings
Research accounts and tailor messaging based on industry and business needs
Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
Partner with marketing and business development to support virtual and in-person event marketing support
Track activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM and sales tools
Continuously test, iterate, and improve outreach strategies and messaging
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–4 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
Experience in a role with variable compensation tied to performance goals
Proven ability to prospect into complex or enterprise environments
Comfortable with high-volume outbound, including cold calling and multi-channel outreach
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
Experience with social selling (LinkedIn, digital channels)
Highly organized, self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through
Resilient and motivated in a performance-driven environment
Experience in technology, SaaS, or B2B services
Familiarity with account-based or verticalized selling
