Job Description:
This is a market facing role to drive new revenue growth in the US BFSI market by developing and closing IoT-enabled and Geospatial data–driven solutions for Banking, Property & Casualty and Life Insurance clients. The role focuses on connected facility ecosystems, climate intelligence, satellite data, and GIS analytics to modernize underwriting, risk engineering, claims, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own new logo acquisition and expansion of strategic Insurance accounts across the US.
Engage CXO stakeholders to understand risk, underwriting, and claims challenges and translate them into differentiated IoT and Geospatial-led solutions.
Position connected ecosystem solutions leveraging telematics, sensors, and real-time data for owned facilities and insured / financed assets.
Shape and sell climate, catastrophe risk, satellite, and GIS-enabled insurance use cases.
Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline aligned to Insurance growth priorities.
Lead large deal pursuits in collaboration with solution architects, industry advisors, and partners.
Represent the organization as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader in Insurance innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related discipline.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills.
Comfortable working with technology, data, and industry ecosystems.
16+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or enterprise sales within Insurance and Banking, Financial customers.
Strong background in P&C and/or Life Insurance domains including underwriting, claims, and risk engineering.
Experience selling or shaping solutions involving IoT, telematics, connected assets, analytics, or geospatial technologies.
Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
Ability to articulate business value from integrating IoT data with climate, satellite, and GIS intelligence.
