Business Development Manager – Great Lakes Region Alliance Technical Group
$100K–$110K Base + Up to 80% Bonus + Uncapped Commission

Alliance Technical Group is growing fast and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to own and expand our Great Lakes territory (MN, WI, IL, IN, MI). If you thrive on closing deals, building relationships, and winning new business—this is your opportunity to step into a high-reward, high-visibility role .
What You’ll Do: Hunt and close new business across industrial and environmental markets
Grow and expand key accounts within your territory
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and consultants
Represent Alliance at industry events and trade shows
Partner with operations and technical teams to win and deliver projects
Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline and drive results
What You Bring: 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales success (industrial, technical, or environmental preferred)
A true hunter mentality with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mindset with the drive to win and close deals
