JOB SUMMARY
Erborian is seeking a Manager of PR & Influencer Marketing to support the Director of PR & Brand Communication in executing culturally relevant, performance‑driven programs that drive brand awareness, earned media value, and retail impact within the U.S. market. This role requires a strong executor with proven experience building and managing structured influencer programs at scale. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the beauty influencer landscape, established creator relationships within beauty and lifestyle, and a demonstrated track record of driving organic community growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer Marketing

Execute Erborian’s U.S. influencer strategy across mega, macro and micro creators, driving structured and sustained community growth and retention.

Maintain strong, active relationships with talent managers, agents and independent creators.

Proactively nurture top organic brand fans and high‑potential creators, converting early affinity into retained brand love.

Lead paid influencer partnerships end‑to‑end, including negotiation, usage rights management, contracting, briefing, execution and performance reporting.

Oversee evergreen gifting and VIP seeding strategy, ensuring organized, updated and strategic list management.

Manage a high‑volume influencer program with strong organization, cadence and consistent touchpoints.

Continuously cultivate and expand creator relationships aligned with Erborian’s heritage and skincare authority.

Identify high‑performing organic content and flag opportunities for paid amplification.

Ensure creator briefs are structured to support both organic storytelling and paid usage.

Support the development and future launch of an affiliate program.

Lead influencer event execution and vendor coordination.

PR Strategy & Earned Media

Support execution of U.S. PR strategy in partnership with agency.

Lead launch mailers and support pitch development.

Cultivate relationships with editors and tastemakers.

Track earned placements and EMV impact.

Performance, Reporting & EMV Strategy

Own KPI tracking across influencer and PR programs.

Monitor EMV performance, community growth metrics, and pacing towards goals.

Provide performance insights and recommendations to refine programming.

Support analysis of influencer activations’ impact on retail performance.

Brand Identity, Self‑Esteem Advocacy & Social Impact

Act as a self‑esteem advocate, ensuring campaigns and products promote authentic confidence, and emotional well‑being.

REQUIREMENTS

3‑4 years of experience in influencer marketing within beauty and/or skincare

Proven experience managing a high‑volume, organized influencer program

Established relationships within the beauty, skincare, and wellness influencer space

Demonstrated track record of driving organic community growth and sustained creator engagement

Strong understanding of negotiating, influencer contracts, usage rights, content briefing, and campaign execution

Experience operating within retail‑led environments

Analytical mindset with fluency in EMV tracking and performance reporting

Team player with strong worth ethic

PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Be in our New York office 2‑3 days a week for team meetings and to ensure great teams synergies.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 – $95,000 (based on skills, experience and with differentials applied if outside of NYC.)
