Key Responsibilities:

• Safelyoperateheavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and telehandlers on solar project sites.

• Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement as needed.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper workingcondition.

• Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup.

• Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations.

• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Lull Experience Preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experienceoperatingheavy equipment (solar or construction experience preferred).

• Ability tolift upto 50lbsregularly.

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for8+hrsa day.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions(extreme cold or heat).

• Strong workethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.

• Pre-employment drug testrequired.

• Other duties as assigned.
