Role Summary
The Influencer, Partnerships & PR Manager plays a key role in driving brand visibility and supporting overall brand strategy and marketing through public relations, influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and key initiatives. This role is both strategic and highly executional, responsible for driving ideas forward and ensuring they are carried through to completion.
This position manages outreach, planning, coordination, and follow-through across partnerships, press, influencer initiatives, campaigns, and launches, ensuring each effort supports overall brand growth and awareness.
This role works closely with the Marketing & Brand Communications Manager, who leads all creative execution across social media, email, and marketing content. Together, these roles ensure brand initiatives are powerfully communicated across every customer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Brand Awareness
Public Relations & Brand Awareness
Help plan and manage the brand calendar, aligning partnerships, campaigns, and key initiatives across seasons
Lead PR outreach and build relationships with editors, media contacts, and brand partners
Pitch stories, coordinate product gifting, and manage follow-through on press opportunities
Shape brand messaging for press placements and external communications
Track and report on press coverage and overall brand exposure
Influencer Partnerships & Campaigns
Own day-to-day management of influencer partnerships, including outreach, gifting, and relationship management
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers aligned with the brand
Coordinate influencer initiatives in alignment with seasonal campaigns and launches
Track performance and help optimize influencer efforts over time
Support campaign planning by aligning influencer efforts with overall brand priorities and timing
Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify and develop brand partnerships aligned with Lila & Hayes positioning
Manage collaborations from initial outreach through launch and execution
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and partner communication
Ensure all partnerships support broader brand goals
Launches, Events & Brand Initiatives
Support planning and execution of product launches and key brand moments
Assist with events, pop-ups, and in-person brand experiences
Coordinate vendors, partners, and timelines to ensure smooth execution
Help ensure consistency across PR, partnerships, and marketing channels
Help coordinate timing and rollout across campaigns to support a cohesive brand calendar
Photoshoots & Creative Support
Assist with shoot planning, including timelines, logistics, and organization
Coordinate product and sample needs for photoshoots, ensuring all items are prepared and accounted for
Provide on-set support to help manage flow, timing, and overall execution
Help organize and manage final assets for use across marketing, PR, and partnerships
Product, Website & Launch Support
Support product setup and organization for launches and seasonal updates
Help maintain accuracy across product details, assortment, and merchandising
Assist with website updates, including product pages, collections, and merchandising
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure launches are accurately reflected online
Identify and flag any issues related to product setup or site experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
1–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, brand partnerships, or a related role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines at once
Experience managing influencer partnerships or outreach preferred
Experience with influencer platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, or similar is a plus
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is a plus
