Essential Functions
Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment and ensure compliance with company rules and policies.
Comply with quality, product safety and HSE rules, guidelines and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.
Understand and comply with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, AAR, and CMMI).
Maintain and safeguard business records.
Additional Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Assist Design Validation personnel in the design, fabrication, and validation of System functional Test Racks, including mechanical and electrical components.
Assist Design Validation personnel in the design, fabrication, validation, and performance of component qualification/investigative tests. As experience is gained, the candidate will take over responsibility of these tasks and handle them from start to finish.
Assist with day‑to‑day activities of the Design Validation Department in a wide variety of tasks across the Brakes, Doors, and HVAC business units. Use skills learned to troubleshoot and investigate issues that may arise in the lab.
Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.

High School Diploma/GED
Eligibility Qualifications
Student should be a current college student.
Engineering field of study.
GPA 3.0 or higher.
Office environment, including use of computer terminal.
Primarily operates in a climate‑controlled, shop floor production environment.
Employee may be exposed to noise, heat, cold, dust, and dirt.
Physical Demands
Sitting, standing, walking, alternate sitting or standing at will, crouching, pushing or pulling, stopping, reaching, overhead, kneeling, lifting or carrying a maximum of 50 lbs.
