Inergroup is hiring immediately for Route Driver jobs in Addison, TX. As a Route Driver, you will operate a 26-foot box truck to transport products, utilize a forklift for loading and unloading, and complete other general labor activities within a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay starting at $22 - $23/hr and great benefits available!
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating 26’ box trucks is required.
- Forklift experience is required for loading and material handling.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and consistent physical labor.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse and delivery areas.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to complete scheduled routes in the Addison area.
- Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner using forklifts and other equipment.
- Move product to storage areas and efficiently stack and store merchandise.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and organizing heavy materials.
- Inspect vehicles and products for defects or damages.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily delivery and warehouse goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
