Key Responsibilities

• Support Service Advisors with daily service lane operations
• Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in and write-ups
• Communicate repair status, timelines, and recommendations clearly
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to keep workflow moving
• Ensure repair orders (ROs) are accurate, complete, and closed efficiently
• Deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume dealership environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable

Preferred:

• Automotive, dealership, or service lane experience
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Service Advisor, or Service Writer
• Familiarity with CDK, Global Connect, and MyKaarma
