What You’ll Do
Job Role and Responsibility
Nue is looking for a highly hands-on, creative, and organized intern to lead a full refresh of our office space. This role offers real ownership from day one. You will manage the project end-to-end, from assessing the current space to designing, sourcing, and physically executing updates.
This is not a shadowing or observational internship. You will be trusted to make decisions, manage a budget, and bring a vision to life.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design thinking and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the current office space and identify opportunities for improvement
Propose a clear design plan, including layouts, mood boards, sketches, or visuals
Source furniture, materials, and decor (online and local vendors)
Coordinate purchasing and deliveries within a defined budget
Physically execute the refresh, including:
Painting
Furniture assembly
Space setup and reconfiguration
Manage timelines and track progress to completion
Communicate updates and design decisions clearly to stakeholders
