What You Will Do as an Operations Analyst:
This role will have responsibility for analyzing the total supply pipeline (production & materials) and anticipating and resolving short term issues/ opportunities for specific brand product groups. This role will analyze metrics to drive improvements and create a detailed supply plan to ensure that customer requirements and service levels are achieved.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Analyze supply plan to validate demand match with customer service requirements and urgently resolve constraints
Analyze inventory performance metrics to drive improvements and alignment against brand inventory policies
Analyze integrity of supply plans to ensure systemic and process driven support of supply strategies
Create and communicate detailed executable supply plans (production plans, buy plans, materials requirements)
Follow up and ensure execution of supply plan (PO, cut maintenance,) to manage service expectations
Advocate timely customer fulfillment by resolving any product flow constraints
Perform other duties as assigned while supporting the above key responsibilities.
Skills for Success:
Bachelor's degree in related field of study or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in planning is a plus
Strong knowledge of planning
Experience in excel
Knowledge of systems and tools (Logility, Kinaxis, PowerBI, SQL a plus)
Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent collaboration skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to implement continuous process improvements
