As a member of the Division of Development and Alumni Relations, you can play an integral role in Penn State’s future and contribute to one of the most successful fundraising and alumni relations operations in the country.Reporting to the Social Media Specialist and working closely with other members of the engagement communications team within the Office of Development Communications as well as other partners, this intern will play a meaningful role in supporting the office’s efforts to build new relationships with Penn State alumni and friends across demographics in digital spaces. The intern will: **Base internship qualifications:** A dedication to and understanding of the skills required to build relationships with diverse communities;Exemplary interpersonal andwritten and verbalcommunication skills;A proven ability to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team;Experience with leadershipor influencingothers **In addition to these base internship qualifications, the Development Communications intern will also possess:** experience or coursework in communications, marketing, or a similar Familiarity with shooting photos/videos with a cell phone or digital camera;1) What experiences (e.g.Compensationis $16/ hour.
