Role Description
This is a full-time, partly remote role located in Monroe, GA for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Additional responsibilities include leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, devising market strategies, monitoring industry trends, and meeting established sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to present client-focused solutions is also essential.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Business Development, Client Relations, and Partnership Building
Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, Contract Management, and Market Strategy Development
Experience with Marketing and Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Networking Abilities
Proficiency in Organizational Planning and Time Management
Ability to think strategically and achieve measurable business outcomes
Knowledge of the commercial construction industry is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience may be considered
