You will serve as the on-the-ground leader, representing the airline to local authorities, coordinating with operational control centers, and driving your team to achieve service excellence./ph3What Youll Own/h3ulliEnd-to-end supervision of ground handling operations, quality, security, and safety standards/liliPerformance oversight of third-party handling organizations/liliPassenger support coordination during irregular operations (transport, accommodation)/liliBaggage SLA compliance and dispute resolution/liliAncillary revenue collection monitoring (excess baggage, upgrades)/liliIncident reporting and escalation of passenger complaints/liliCoaching and motivating the Duty Officer team to optimize station operations/li/ulh3What You Bring/h3ulliBachelors degree in airport operations, tourism, or a related field/liliMinimum 5 years of experience with an airline or ground handler in a Duty Officer, Station Manager, Supervisor, or Station Coordinator capacity/liliStrong leadership and team management skills/liliOperational knowledge of airport processes, safety, and security regulations/liliProficiency in Load Control, handling operations, aviation regulations, and dangerous goods/liliAbility to manage complex situations and make sound decisions under pressure/liliFluency in written and spoken English required/li/ulh3Bonus Points/h3ulliExperience managing third-party ground handling vendors/liliMultilingual capabilities/li/ul/div
