CloudFront is one of the world's largest content delivery networks, and the Media & Entertainment team is shaping how video content is delivered at scale. We build reliable, scalable, low‑cost systems that serve an ever‑growing customer base and drive innovation in the CDN market.
Key Job Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate distributed systems that deliver video on a global scale.
Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions for video delivery infrastructure.
Own the full software development lifecycle — from requirements through deployment and operations.
Explore and apply AI/ML‑driven approaches to optimize video delivery and quality of experience.
Leverage AI‑assisted development for fast prototyping, design, and coding.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of full software development life cycle experience (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations).
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
