Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm AZ time
Pay Range: $72,800 – $91,000 annually
Incentive Pay: Quarterly performance bonus

The Role The Consumer Insights & Analytics Manager is a critical business partner responsible for elevating organizational intelligence through advanced analytics, category insights, and strategic storytelling. This role supports Sales, Marketing, Insights, and Operations by delivering a unified source of truth and transforming complex data into compelling, actionable narratives.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creativity—someone who thrives on uncovering insights within data and guiding teams toward better, faster decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities Analyze sales and consumer data to support owned brands and brokerage clients, translating findings into actionable insights that drive strategic growth.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify key market trends, opportunities, and challenges influencing core business areas.
Develop and deliver high‑impact insights presentations for internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and key retail partners.
Build visually compelling presentations that simplify complexity and clearly communicate strategic implications.
Support Sales with tailored, account‑specific narratives that integrate category trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
Collaborate with the VP of Data & Insights and the broader Insights team to develop insights‑driven stories across departments.
Work cross‑functionally to ensure reporting alignment across departments, optimizing collaboration and cohesive strategy‑building.
Own standardized reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and refinement of the reporting platform.
Respond to ad‑hoc data requests, delivering timely and insightful analyses through impactful visuals and presentations.
Required Qualifications Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to build and maintain standardized dashboards and reporting tools with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
Proficiency in translating complex, multi‑source datasets into clear, concise strategic narratives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across executive, cross‑functional, and customer‑facing contexts.
Experience / Knowledge
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the CPG industry within consumer insights, category management, business analytics, or marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field – or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Syndicated data platforms and methodologies (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana) and household panel platforms (e.g., Numerator, NIQ Panel)
Retailer‑specific data ecosystems and portals (e.g., Walmart Luminate/Scintilla, Kroger 84.51)
Consumer behavior frameworks and how to apply them to business strategy
Data visualization best practices and principles of effective business storytelling

Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position primarily involves sedentary work performed in an office environment.
Employees may be required to occasionally lift or move materials up to 15 lbs.
Domestic travel of 10–15% may be required.
