Operations Associate to join ourteam.Entegris has an opening foran Operations Associate in the Pads Production Division - an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals, especially those withexperience in asafety and quality driven manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
ManufactureEntegrisCMP Padsusinga variety of manufacturing equipment(laminator, CNC, die press,brush clean)
Perform required data entry and record keeping.
Perform required quality testing and inspections.
Maintain safe and clean working environment.
Understand and adhere to Entegrisvalues, procedures, policies, etc.
Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
Comply with plant safety initiatives.
Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (for example, cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory)
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand duringentireshift.
Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward and handle small screws, washers, fasteners, etc.
All employees go through 30-day on-the-job training in a fast-paced, hard-working environment.
All employees are expected to be flexible, working in varying departments as needed.
