The successful candidate will provide expert reference and evidence-based literature support, partner with faculty and students on curriculum and research projects, and contribute to continuous improvement of library services.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Reference and Research Support* Instruction and Information Literacy* Collection Development and Resource Management* Assessment, Outreach, and Faculty Partnership**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**Minimum Qualifications* Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program or international equivalent.* At least 2 years of experience in health sciences librarianship, academic library services, or equivalent experience supporting medical education.* Demonstrated experience performing advanced literature searches and providing instruction to adult learners.Preferred Qualifications* Experience in an osteopathic medical education environment or other clinical education setting.* Additional degree or coursework in a health-related field (e.g., MPH, MLS with health sciences concentration).* Experience supporting systematic reviews, medical education research, or faculty scholarship.* Familiarity with institutional repositories, scholarly communications workflows, and research data management.To ensure consideration, qualified/interested applicants must submit a cover letter and resume on Xavier University's website.
