Overview Senior Manager Consumer Insights (Hybrid - Stamford, CT)
Lead data-driven consumer and shopper insights that inform go-to-market strategy and unlock growth for Philips Personal Health in North America.
Responsibilities Partner cross-functionally across brand, marketing, shopper, sales, and category management to influence business strategy and execution.
Collaborate with global Business Unit partners and Centers of Excellence to align global research plans with North America needs and ensure strong market understanding.
Develop and execute the regional research plan; synthesize insights across data sources; and deliver executive-ready implications and selling stories that create category, brand, and retailer thought leadership.
Qualifications You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in consumer and/or shopper insights, analytics, or marketing research (consumer packaged goods experience preferred; experience with manufacturers and/or retailers a plus).
Your skills include designing and applying a range of custom research methodologies and analytics, and extracting insights from both custom and syndicated research.
You have a Bachelor’s degree.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to connect the dots across data sources and translate findings into clear recommendations; skilled in storytelling, data visualization, and executive-level communication (advanced Microsoft Office skills required).
How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a hybrid office role.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $140,000-223,000, annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Additional Information US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Stamford, CT.
