A well-established residential community is seeking an experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee daily operations and provide strong leadership to the property.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the community
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and the Board
Manage vendors, contracts, and property maintenance
Prepare and manage budgets, financials, and reporting
Ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations
Qualifications
Prior community/property management experience required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience working with Boards/HOA/Condo associations preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
