As part of the

Global Sourcing Team

and reporting to the

Global Category Manager for Mobility & Marketing , you will take ownership of supplier management, oversight for 500+ leased vehicles in North America and procurement activities within the Mobility category.
You will focus on delivering value driven solutions that optimize total cost of ownership, ensure compliance and risk mitigation, strengthen supplier performance, and support sustainable and digital fleet management approaches. In this role, you will define and execute local and regional strategies in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the global category organization.

Responsibilities

Act as the central point of contact for all fleet related requests from internal stakeholders and external service providers
Coordinate and manage vehicle allocations, reassignments, and relocations
Ensure end-to-end strategic procurement processes, including demand management, sourcing initiatives, tenders, offer evaluations, contract negotiations, and implementation
Monitor and analyze fleet related markets, supplier performance, cost structures, and relevant service models
Manage and develop supplier relationships, including performance management, issue resolution, and escalations
Support the Global Category Manager in developing category, supplier, and risk strategies and in further shaping the value chain
Define, ensure alignment and execute local and regional fleet procurement strategies and processes in line with global guidelines
Build and maintain strong cross functional relationships (e.g. Finance, HR, Legal, Risk Management)
Apply category and market expertise to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Foster collaboration with global procurement and fleet management functions across the organization
Leverage digital tools and data to increase transparency, efficiency, and user satisfaction in fleet related processes
Ensure all process, sourcing and supplier activities comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate responsibility requirements

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess the following skills/capabilities:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant experience in fleet management, procurement or a related environment
Proven experience in managing sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships in an international or multistakeholder environment
Solid understanding of fleet services, leasing models, vehicle lifecycle management, and cost structures
Experience in analyzing financial and operational data to support sourcing and category decisions
Good knowledge of digital tools and systems supporting procurement and fleet management processes
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Confident handling of contractual topics in cooperation with Legal and other functions
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to balance cost efficiency, risk, compliance, and operational requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, global team environment
