
Civil/Site Design – Design Engineer (NJ) Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed civil engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Assist in the planning and design of site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway systems
Prepare construction documents, including plans, profiles, cross-sections, and details
Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation
Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance
Review and revise designs based on feedback and regulatory requirements
Maintain project documentation and adhere to company standards and procedures
Support permitting processes by preparing required documentation and responding to agency comments
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field.
EIT Preferred
3+ years of experience in civil design, preferably in land development or infrastructure projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Knowledge of local, state, and federal design standards and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
