Position Overview
We are looking for dependable laborers who want to build a long-term career in the stable field of construction. This full-time position involves hands-on truss assembly in our Fairfield facility and offers steady work, room to grow, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof trusses according to specifications.


• Handle, bend, and lift lumber and materials throughout the production process.


• Use basic tools and equipment safely and effectively.


• Follow work orders, quality standards, and safety procedures.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area.


• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.


• Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs.


• Able to bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.


• Available to work 40 hours per week.


• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.


• Construction or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $18–$30 per hour, depending on experience.


• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week.
