Salary: $90k - $105k per annum
Job Description: Experience in Microsoft Teams Voice administration and support, including Teams Admin Center.
Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM and CUC administration and support.
Experience with Oracle Client/ECB/EOM and voice infrastructure components.
Knowledge of Intrado 911 / E911 systems.
Understanding of SIP, PSTN, DID, and PRI circuits.
Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
Strong communication skills with ability to interact with end users and management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
Roles & Responsibilities: Support and coordinate Unified Communications / Voice engineering projects.
Provide administration and troubleshooting for voice and collaboration platforms.
Work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Assist end users with features and resolve issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular updates.
