DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Relationship Manager (Member Specialist), you will be the primary point of contact for members partnering with PMRS to serve their pension needs. Relationship Managers are key members of our Client Relations team, ensuring that our members receive the highest level of care and attention. You will be responsible for advocating on behalf of our members, providing industry expertise, assisting in expanding upon current relationships, and assisting in building new business relationship opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with a team of Relationship Managers, including Municipal and Member Specialists.
Team members in this position disseminate accurate and timely information to members, PMRS management, other appropriate PMRS personnel, and, where applicable, external employer parties. If meetings or other multi-party communications are determined to be needed, it is expected that PMRS employees will actively establish the multi-party communications and/or participate if requested and facilitate all communication.
You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience and promoting the PMRS brand by attending client meetings, seminars/conferences, and presenting at these events, if applicable.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week upon successful completion of the required training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);
or
Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree;
or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
