Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

1. 21 years of age or older
2. Good physical health
3. Good moral character and ability to handle a crisis
4. Possess a valid MS Driver License with a satisfactory driving record and either possess a CDL Class B with P and S endorsements OR be willing to participate in training to acquire a CDL with the necessary endorsements.
