Job Description: Patient Account Specialist-Call Center Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, possible Saturdays
The Patient Account Specialist handles incoming/outgoing customer calls and reroutes calls to appropriate departments. Provides product/services healthcare information, resolves issues, and ensures customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience:
1+ years call center/healthcare customer service experience.
Education:
High School or equivalent.
Requirements:
Bilingual preferred.
Computer proficiency: Microsoft Works, Excel, and database entry.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain patient under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills.
