Role Description
The Literature Folder Operator role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Sanford, NC. The primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining literature folding equipment, ensuring quality compliance, and meeting production schedules. This role involves setting up, troubleshooting, and performing adjustments on folding machines, monitoring output accuracy, and collaborating with team members to meet operational goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment, particularly folding machines.
Attention to detail for quality assurance and proficiency in adjusting and calibrating equipment for accurate output.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including safety protocols and operational workflows.
Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team and meet production goals.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications relevant to equipment operation are a plus.
Flexibility to work on‑site and adapt to a fast‑paced production environment.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging or related industries is advantageous.
