StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Pay Rate: $104.76 - $113.40
This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: June 16-18 and June 22-25. 10a-10p
Total census per provider per shift: 10-12
Procedures required: Standard
Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
Support: Yes
Certifications and license required: Active Oregon state medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
