In this primarily office-based role, you will be expected to spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from one of the following office locations(s): Madison, WI 53783

Primary Accountabilities
* Assists management with the assessment of the skill levels of facility technicians and assists management with the development of training to identify needs.
* Collaborates with facilities operations administrators, stakeholders and business partners to implement new and execute current operating solutions.
* Recommends and evaluates maintenance needs for facilities and systems.
* May serve as the contact for overall facilities project coordination.
* Serves as a point person for solving day to day business partner complaints and internal questions of staff.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
* Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
* Demonstrated PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office products.
* Strong working knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and mechanical functions.
